1. Hazelnut Grading Machine:
It is mainly used to screen different sizes of apricot kernels, hazelnuts, almonds, etc., and divide them into multiple levels for storage and sales or further processing. The number of sieve layers can be increased according to requirements.
2. Hazelnut Cracking Machine for Sale:
The cracker machine is a first-level dehulling roller, the gap of the dehulling roller can be adjusted, and it can process hazelnuts of different grades in sequence. Hazelnuts have high shelling rate, good cleanliness, simple structure and convenient operation.
3. Hazelnut Shell and Kernel Separator:
This machine utilizes the characteristics of different specific gravity and suspension speed of nuts and broken shells, and promotes the separation of hazelnut kernels and shells with the help of the airflow passing upward through the gap between the particles.
It is mainly used to separate the shells and kernels of almonds, apricot kernels, hazelnuts and palms. The general separation rate is 90-98%.
