Hemp seed shells are light and thin, and hemp kernels have high oil content, high viscosity, and are fragile, so hemp shelling is not good and processing is difficult. Hemp Seed Separator Machine Working Process:
1. Elevating: Pour the hemp seeds into the input hopper. Adjust frequency according to different hemp seed varieties or moisture content.

2. De-hulling & Cleaning: The dehulling and cleaning machine is applied to treat hemp seeds. Because the oil content is high, the mixture after shelling is easy to stick to the inner wall of the dehuller, so we need to clean the inner wall at any time with special device. After dehulling, the seeds are separated into shells and unshelled hemp seeds and kernels.

3. Shells Discharging: After separating, the shells flow out.

4. Re-separating: Use the separator cleaner. After the shells were released, unshelled hemp seeds and kernels are left. 

5. After separating again, the pneumatic device refluxing the untreated seeds to remove the shell again.

6. Re-dehulling: The back-flowing materials are de-hulling again in the equipment.
