Processing process of sunflower seed butter/watermelon seed paste:
Roasting → Cooling → Picking → Sauce Grinding → Storage → Mixing → Cooling → Vacuum Degassing → Filling
Equipment Introduction of Watermelon Seed Butter Production Line:
1. Sunflower seed roasting machine: Rotary rolling cage type roasting machine, the temperature is adjustable between 0-300℃. Equipped with automatic temperature control device, which effectively guarantees the baking quality of melon seeds.
2. Cooling belt: Use the principle of the fan to extract the hot air to quickly cool the roasted melon seeds.
3. Picking belt: the seeds that are over-roasted and unevenly roasted are manually selected.
4. Sunflower seed butter grinder: The double colloid mill can realize the ultrafine grinding of melon seeds in a very short time. The fineness of the finished sauce is adjustable, the smallest can reach 50μm.
5. Mixing tank: make watermelon seed butter more even. You can also add some seasonings to make melon seed paste with different flavors.
7. Cooling machine: The ground watermelon seed sauce should be cooled immediately to prevent the long-term high temperature from changing the color and composition of the sauce and affecting the appearance and taste.
8. Degassing tank: remove the air in the watermelon seed sauce. Inhibit browning, oxidation of pigments, vitamins, aroma components and other substances, and prevent the quality of the sauce from degrading.
9. Filling machine: Fill the finished watermelon seed butter into 200g/500g/1000g bottles.
