Main Structure of Chocolate Melting Tank for Sale:
- The melting machine is provided with a water containing layer, and a hot water pipe connected with the water containing layer is placed in the inner barrel, so that the whole cocoa butter can be put into the hot water pipe to accelerate the melting by blocks;
- The lower part is provided with a steam heating pipe inlet (or electric heater) and a water inlet;
- The upper part is provided with a mezzanine water overflow port;
- The bottom is provided with a drain port.
Working Principle of Chocolate Melting Machine for Sale
1. The water in the interlayer is heated by putting in steam (or heating electric heating pipe) to keep the water temperature at about 50 ℃.
2. When the steam is supplied, the water temperature is generally controlled by regulating the steam inlet valve, while when the electric heating is used, the temperature controller is generally used for automatic control.
3. By conducting hot water on the inner tank of the melting pot, the cocoa butter solid placed in the inner tank absorbs heat and melts into cocoa butter liquid.
