40L Small Chocolate Conching Machine in China

The small chocolate conching machine has two functions, grinding and refining. It can process 40L paste per time, specially suitable for small scale chocolate making factory. The average fine particle size can reach 25um.
 
Main Structure of 40L Chocolate Conching Machine

1. The body part of the grinder is composed of cylinder body and double jacket.
The jacket can pass cooling water, hot water or steam; the bottom of the cylinder is provided with a cooling water inlet, the top is a cooling water overflow pipe, and the jacket is equipped with an electric heating pipe; the whole machine is equipped with a jacket thermal insulation thermometer and a slurry thermometer.

2. Rotor part of grinder. The spindle is equipped with a circular tool holder, and the tool holder is equipped with a strip scraper.

3. The transmission part is driven by motor through three-stage helical gear reducer to rotate the rotor.

• The conche refiner mixes the raw materials of chocolate slurry evenly. Under the action of lecithin, it plays a good role in dilution and emulsification of chocolate slurry.

• The feeding port and the overflow port of the refiner are relative positions. When the refiner runs and the slurry is opened during the grinding process, they play a good role in dehydration and deodorization during the natural overflow process, and can maintain the natural color and fragrance of chocolate.

• Chocolate conching machine is double jacket insulation, temperature can be controlled by electric heating, insulation performance is good, slurry in the process of precision grinding, is closed, so the sanitation requirements are assured.

• The tool handle is widened, and the blade is made of spring steel, which enhances the running-in tightness between the blade and the lining bar and prolongs the service life of the blade.

• The outer cylinder body is made of stainless steel with clean and beautiful appearance.
