Working Principle of Electric Nut Roasting Machine
The roaster is composed of a frame, a conveyor mesh belt, a heating device and a heat circulation device. The front hopper of the equipment has a ram to control the thickness of the material layer.
- The transmission belt's drive roller of the pistachio roasting machine is driven by the electromagnetic speed regulating motor, and the running speed can be adjusted in a wide range, which is beneficial to control the baking maturity of the material.
- The heating device and the thermal cycle device generate uniform circulating hot air in the oven. Hot air penetrates the material from the lower part of the mesh belt and then replenishes the heat by heating the original. The temperature controller can realize automatic temperature control.
