Soaked Pistachio Skin Peeling and Removing Machine

The pistachio peeling machine is specially used to remove skins of soaked pistachios. High peeling rate, high kernel rate, bright color after peeling. This machine is also used to peel peanuts, broad beans, soybeans, almonds etc.

Working Principle of Pistachio Skin Removing Machine

The soaked pistachios are poured into the hopper, and the raw materials enter the rotating rubber wheel fixed by the three power rollers through vibration. Through the action of the induction bar and the feeding wheel, the outer skin of the raw material is cut by the blade on the knife holder. The beans are discharged in the hopper, and the outer skin is thrown out by a flinger.

Material requirements: It needs to be soaked with water until the surface of the material softens and can be dropped with a pinch of skin.

Particle size requirements: material thickness or length should be greater than 5mm

Equipment voltage: the equipment is powered by three-phase power, which can be changed to single-phase power. If the single-phase power is changed, the motor power needs to be increased.
