300 kg/h Nut Roasting Line in Canada

We successfully reached a cooperation with a Canadian company on a nut roasting line, and the equipment has now been shipped to the customer’s factory and put into use.
Nut Roasting Line Details:
It mainly includes three equipments of 11 meters continuous roasting machine, cooling machine and packaging machine. The production capacity can reach 300kg/h. Used for roasting and processing nuts such as peanuts, almonds, pistachios, cashews, etc., to achieve uniform and high-quality roasting.
1. Nut Roasting Machine Canada
The roasting machine is composed of a frame, a conveyor belt, a heating device and a thermal cycle device. The hot air penetrates the material upward from the lower part of the mesh belt to ensure that the material is baked evenly.
- The running speed of the mesh belt can be adjusted in a wide range, according to different nuts, to ensure the best roasting effect.
- The temperature controller can realize automatic temperature control.
- Electric heating type and gas heating type are optional.
2. Cooling Belt (axial flow type)
The fan is used to accelerate the air flow rate on the surface of the material, and quickly exchange heat, thereby reducing the surface temperature of the material. The fan with large air volume and low noise, and the food contact surface is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel.
3. Nut Packing Machine Canada
This machine is an intelligent weighing type automatic quantitative packaging machine, with single, double and four weighing, and microcomputer control. Suitable for various granular materials, such as salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, sugar, seeds, rice, nuts, melon seeds, etc.
- High-precision digital sensors make precise measurement instantaneous.
- The part in contact with the material is made of high-quality stainless steel.
At present, the nut roasting machine has been put into use in the customer's Canadian factory. The machine runs smoothly, works stably, and roasts efficiently and evenly. The customer is very satisfied.
