Nut Dicing Machine Instructions

The nut dicing machine has wide range of applications. It can be used for food processing industry beans, nuts (such as peanuts, almonds, walnuts, hazelnut, chestnut kernel) and other sizes of different sizes of materials chopped. The instructions of the machine is described as follows:

First, use and operation
1, before the boot should check the line is normal, whether the rotating parts to add lubricating oil.

Second, matters needing attention and maintenance

1, often check whether the transmission part of the lack of oil, there is no abnormal phenomenon to timely treatment.

2, check the cutter and with the backplane is parallel, clearance size is consistent.

3, check the blade is loose, timely injection of oil.

4, check whether the lifting conveyor belt deviation, adjust the two sides of bolts, to ensure normal operation.

5, the cut materials can not have stone debris, etc., to prevent damage to conveyor belts and cutting knives.
