How Dose an Industrial Meat Grinder Machine Work ?

Colloidal mill is a kind of ultrafine grinding equipment for grinding colloidal or similar colloidal materials. It is widely used in many industries. It can grind meat, bone, nut paste, nut milk, bean paste etc. So how dose a meat grinder machine work?
Crushing chamber is equipped with three grinding area, level 1 is the coarse grinding area, secondary is fine grinding area, level 3 is superfine grinding area, through adjusting, the clearance between the rotor and can effectively achieve the required effect of superfine grinding machining (or circulation).

Working Principle - How dose a meat grinder machine work?
Colloidal mill is driven by a motor, which drives the rotating teeth and matching fixed teeth. There is a small adjustable gap between the two grinding bodies.
When the material passes through the gap, the material velocity attached to the rotor surface is the highest due to the high speed rotation of the rotor, while the material velocity attached to the stator surface is zero. This produces a sharp velocity gradient, which makes the material subject to strong shear, friction, high-frequency vibration, high-speed whirlpool and other physical effects, so that the material can be effectively emulsified, dispersed, homogenized and crushed to achieve the effect of ultra-fine crushing and emulsification.
