Working Process of LG-QS Series Almond Peeling Equipment

• The peanut almonds soaked in hot water are poured into the hopper, and the raw materials are vibrated into the rotating rubber wheel.
• The blade on the tool holder cuts the raw materials'outer skin, and the almonds are peeled by friction of the peeling rubber ring.
• Then the peeled almonds are pressed into the hopper by the discharging wheel and discharged in the discharging hopper, and the outer skin is thrown out by the discharging wheel.
