Working Principle of LG-CT Series Chocolate Wafer Biscuit Machine
The biscuits are arranged on the stainless steel mesh belt at the front end of the casting machine through a chain drive, and the materials are sent to the middle stainless steel mesh belt for dip coating.
The dip-coated chocolate products are transferred from the stainless steel mesh belt to the plastic-coated conveyor belt in the tunnel for cooling and shaping, and the formed chocolate products are sent out of the cooling tunnel and enter the filling equipment.
