Adjustment Requirements for Almond Shell Removing Machine
1. Determine the direction of the remaining direction of each motor in the same direction. Start the motor after no error. After 5 minutes of dry running, there is no abnormality before operation.
2. Before preparing the processed materials, check the variety, fruit size and dry humidity, and adjust the proper processing of the shelling roll gap to ensure that the breaking rate of the nuts is low, otherwise the breaking rate will increase.
3. First take a small amount of almonds and use a sheller to conduct experiments to see the rate of breakage.
