Basic Principles of Single Layer Pumpkin Seeds Roasting Machine

The roaster is composed of a frame, a conveyor mesh belt, a heating device and a heat circulation device.

 

• The upper hopper at the front section of the equipment has a ram to control the thickness of the material layer.
• The heating device and the heat circulation device make the roaster produce uniform circulation hot air. The hot air penetrates the material from the lower part of the mesh belt and then replenishes the heat energy through the heating element.
• Temperature controller can realize automatic temperature control.
